Plot

In a post-apocalyptic landscape devastated by a rabies virus transforming people into hungry cannibals, A pregnant survivor, teams up with two men on a treacherous journey to an untouched island. As they navigate the dangers, they find themselves pursued by a man hunting a mysterious girl. Alice realizes that the zombies are not the only threat.
