Plot

In a government research lab on Tanzania's Mafia Island, a doctor's quest for an HIV/AIDS cure takes a horrific turn when his experimental formula unexpectedly amplifies the virus, transforming test subjects into zombies. In response, three government agents are dispatched to recover the doctor and a newly-developed antidote he created to reverse the infection.
