Plot

Drug lord Alonso Marroquín breaks out of a Mexican prison, with the intent of going into hiding. Meanwhile, a botched U.S. military experiment infects an elite Mexican police unit hunting him, turning them into a new breed of zombies. As the Army and the undead converge on Marroquín’s hideout, a battle for survival begins.
