Not so long ago we wrote about Jambi, a Malayalam zombie movie coming out in 2026. Now, we suddenly have another one coming soon-ish, Manjeswaram Mafia. It's a comedy with the tagline “Scream, Laugh, Repeat.”
According to the people behind the movie, this will be the first ever zombie movie from Malayalam cinema. While looking into this however, it seems that the internet is in agreement that Experiment 5 (2023) was first.
So far there is not much information to go on. The production company is Indian Cinema Company. Albi Paul is directing, while Abhilash S. Nair and Ajith Nair handle the script.
Manjeswaram Mafia is scheduled for release sometime later this year. More information is expected to drop soon.
